Spearhead International Ltd supply produce for processing, manufacturing and retailing throughout Europe and are directly involved in the movement and development of our potato crop, leading our potato trials and monitoring potato quality.
In January 2022, GH Chennells Farms Ltd installed the latest state of the art optical potato grading equipment at Clay Farm. This will enable greater efficiency and improved quality standards ensuring the long-term viability of potato production. The project was partly funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
