Our Onion production comprises of two different crops with ‘Spring Set, crops for immediate use and short term storage, followed by ‘Spring Seed’ crops for long term storage through to the end of July.
Through its advanced storage facility, the company is able to supply its customer base with English onions on a year rounds basis. Used within the prepared food industry the crop produces the equivalent to provide over a billion onion toppings for pizzas or pie fillings roughly equal to 15 for everyone in the UK
